Corporate Training Terms (CertCop)
Payment
Full payment is required to confirm training.
Cancellations
- Changes within 25–15 business days: 75% fee
- Changes within 15 days: 100% fee
- Group training: non-cancellable once confirmed
Pre-Purchases
- Valid for 12 months
- Non-refundable
Training Materials
All materials remain CertCop property and are for personal use only.
Liability
Limited to fees paid for the training.
Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Key Rules
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
- Requests must be submitted in writing
- Accessing course materials voids refund eligibility
Cancellation Fees
- 60+ days: 50% fee
- 4–8 weeks: 75% fee
- <4 weeks: 100% fee
No Refund Conditions
- After course start
- After accessing materials
- Missed or partial attendance
Rescheduling
- Subject to availability and approval
- May include additional fees
Exam Vouchers
- Non-refundable and non-transferable
- Expired vouchers have no value
CertCop Rights
CertCop may cancel or modify services and will offer:
- Refund OR
- Credit for future services
