With over 30 years of experience in the certification and knowledge transfer industry, he is recognized as a pioneer in developing vendor-neutral certification programs, with a strong focus on biometrics, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
He founded CertCop with a clear vision to bridge the gap between rapidly evolving technologies and the practical skills required by today’s workforce. Under his leadership, CertCop has grown into a trusted partner for federal agencies and private sector organizations, delivering high-quality, scalable, and globally relevant training and certification solutions.
In addition to leading CertCop, Parm serves as an Advisory Board Member and Director at CertFirst, where he contributes to program development, industry alignment, and global outreach initiatives. His current focus is on expanding CertCop’s international presence by promoting its certification frameworks and building strategic partnerships that enable effective and scalable knowledge transfer worldwide.
