Examination Process
Certcop certification exams are securely hosted and delivered through our dedicated exam platform, ExamIT. This platform provides a reliable environment for conducting certification exams, pre-assessments, as well as practice and mock exams, along with advanced proctoring services to ensure exam integrity.
Through ExamIT, Certcop delivers a seamless online examination experience, enabling candidates to take exams with confidence while maintaining high standards of security and fairness. The platform is designed to support effective assessment of knowledge and skills, ensuring that Certcop certifications reflect real-world competency and industry readiness.
Step 1: Purchase the Exam Voucher
Once you have completed your training or feel confident to attempt the exam, you must purchase an exam voucher from Certcop or its authorized partners. If you prefer additional assurance, you can opt for an Exam + Retake voucher, which includes one extra attempt.
Step 2: Schedule Your Exam
After purchasing the voucher, you can schedule your exam based on available slots through the designated exam portal. Exams are conducted on scheduled dates and times. Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your exam details.

Step 3: Take the Examination
The examination is conducted online and consists of 90 multiple-choice questions. The total duration of the exam is 180 minutes, and it must be taken within your scheduled time slot.
Step 4: Passing Criteria
To successfully pass the exam, candidates must achieve a minimum score of 70% or higher.
Step 5: Certification Issuance
Candidates who meet the passing criteria will be awarded the Certcop Certification. The official certificate will be delivered to your registered email address within 30 days of successful completion.
Step 6: Retake Policy
If you do not achieve the required passing score, your result will be marked as Not Passed. You may prepare further and either use your retake voucher (if available) or purchase a new exam voucher to attempt the exam again.
Step 7: Examination Policies
Certcop maintains strict standards to ensure exam integrity and fairness:
- Any form of cheating, impersonation, or misconduct is strictly prohibited
- Accessing external resources, devices, or receiving assistance during the exam is not allowed
- Copying, recording, or distributing exam content in any format is strictly forbidden
- Violations may result in immediate termination of the exam
- Certcop reserves the right to cancel results or revoke certifications in case of misconduct
- No refunds will be issued in cases of policy violations
